✓ ClientI didnt need one last night and today marks the start of a new month… going to give it go. Perhaps implement some sleep restriction with it as I could be yo-yoing and killing off my sleep drive on those difficult nights.

✓ ClientThanks for that! I would say I use it 2-4 times per week now. I have even gone a full week without. I know I can sleep its just certain nights I wont shut off my brain– not even about sleeping, just anything.
My wife suggested something like this but only taking it on the third night. I want so bad to be done with them.

✓ ClientThanks for replying. Sounds like we are quite similar. I wonder if as I have gotten a little older (I’m almost 40), my need for sleep has decreased. I used to regularly sleep 8 to 9 hrs. Now I feel pretty good on 6.5 to 7. I will have a few good nights not needing anything, and will sleep 7 to 8 hrs then have a tough night. Makes me think I really need to restrict my sleep so I get a consistent result. Perhaps I’m too rested and my body has no sleep drive. I have not because its just so different from my routine. I need to fully commit.
