So what we do to balance it?
Normally before 12 pm..sometime if im working.. That ivee been waking up at 4am or something.. I will go to bed at 9..and play phone till i fell sleep maybe 10 somthing.. The thing is i sleep like 2 hours and then wake up and im having much more vivid dream. Then 2hours again.. Till 4 am.. Which is i have 3 more hours till i start my day.. Then i cannot sleep.. I ve been seeing a lot of doctor and a lot of treatment but nothing seems work to me except if i letgo of everything in my mind like im working for the sake of my future and also plan to get marry. But if i letgo this two that means im hopeless and give up already with my situation. And i am tired for these 4 months cos i tried everything to make me sleep. And your short course also helpm a bit but didnt reverse my circadian system. So any idea sir?
Sleep through the night is my problem. If i get solid 6 hours. It will be wonderful to me. Sometime i keep waking up to pee. Sometime waking up for no reason. Hmm
