Your not alone I’m also going through that and I struggle some days but I have to just keep going and I find it that it’s a good or positive feeling it means that I will get a good sleep tonight if not tonight then the next night. I will build more sleep drive so the more im awake the more sleep drive i have to fall asleep at night. What helps me to stay awake is getting sunlight, movement, eating, drinking water and Fun activities to stay awake.
