Thanks! I did the sleep training religiously and implemented most everything I read. What helped the most was sleep restriction; going to bed only when I feel sleepy. It takes less than 10 min to fall asleep most nights (I use a sleep app). I seem to wake every couple of hours but fall back to sleep easily. I feel well rested, have plenty of energy and I’m not stressed about getting enough sleep. I CAN sleep!!
