Hey Martin thank you for checking in! My sleep window is 1-1:30am and my alarm goes off at 7:30am. I’m happy to say I have been falling sleep pretty quickly and staying asleep and waking up either just before the alarm goes off or I am woken up by it. Putting it on the other side of the room works a treat. I haven’t really done the cardio bike stuff yet but I know it would really help. I’m a personal trainer and use an app to coach people and so have thought to assign it to myself as a ‘workout’ every morning. External motivation helps when your internal motivation is low.

Hey Martin thanks for your reply! All good advice. Yes I can think of a few things I’d like to do once I get out of bed. When I wake up after a poor nights sleep I notice my circulation is disrupted and I feel really cold and have an unpleasant pallor. I have an apartment gym where they have some cardio bikes and can go on them for 15 mins and get my blood pumping again and feel much better. I also saw in your lessons the idea of putting the alarm clock on the other side of the room – such a good idea, going to try that tonight.
