Phone coaching is available for just $349 and includes:
- An initial one-hour telephone, Skype, or Google Hangouts consultation to discuss the best strategies to address your sleep issues
- A custom two-week sleep plan using evidence-based CBT-I techniques
- Unlimited email and text message support for two weeks following the call
- A 30-minute phone coaching follow-up session (additional 30-minute coaching sessions are available for just $99 each)
Phone coaching availability is limited. I try to open up additional availability on a regular basis so if you don’t see a day or time that works for you, please check back in a couple of days or contact me directly so we can discuss a date and time that works for both of us.
