Phone coaching is available for just $599 and includes:

  • An initial one-hour telephone or video consultation (I use Zoom for video calls) to discuss the best strategies to address your sleep issues
  • A custom two-week sleep plan using evidence-based cognitive and behavioral techniques
  • Unlimited email and text message support for two weeks following the call
  • A 30-minute phone coaching follow-up session (additional 30-minute coaching sessions are available for just $199 each)

Phone coaching availability is limited. If you don't see a day or time that works for you, please contact me directly so we can discuss a date and time that works for both of us.
