My Insomnia Clarity program will help you liberate yourself from the shackles of insomnia.

✅ Get an initial 1-hour coaching session followed by up to 6 additional 30-minute sessions,

✅ Receive unlimited email access to me throughout your 3-month enrollment,

This is not a cookie-cutter approach. There’s no set curriculum or agenda. The only objective is your transformation.

Every coaching session will be powerful, productive, and centered around you and your goals.

Every coaching session will leave you with a clear plan of action that you will feel ready, willing, and able to implement.

Every coaching session will move you closer to the life you truly want for yourself (this is often greater than the life you think you want).

And, I’ll be with you every step of the way. I’ll listen to you without judgement. I’ll be curious. I will not ask or tell you to do anything you do not want to do. You will always be the one in charge — not me!

Right now, you might have a good idea where you want to be but there might be some confusion on how to get there. We’ll break it all down so you can start moving away from the endless struggle with insomnia and toward meaningful actions that will help you starve your insomnia of the oxygen it needs. Actions that will help you live the best life possible, independently of sleep.

I only select a very small number of clients for my Insomnia Clarity program. To enroll in the program, I need to be the right fit for you and you need to be the right fit for me. And, I’ll be upfront about the cost — it requires an investment of $3,500 (or 3 monthly payments of $1,400). All pricing is in US dollars.

You are not investing in the time we spend working together. You are investing in yourself and the change you want to happen.

In addition to the financial investment, you will also need to invest your energy, time, and commitment into this. I only accept clients who are ready to take action. It will be up to you to turn what we explore in our coaching sessions into powerful and meaningful actions.

You will be responsible for your success and for your results. And, while you work on your success and your results, I will be your guide. I will help you get through the obstacles that will show up. I will always believe in your ability to be successful and to get the results you are looking for.
