For sure. I hope to become better at managing anxiety and the seemingly endless attempts to control sleep, even though many of these efforts are virtually occurring without me realizing.

Some nights I slept the same as I had whether I napped or not. Other nights naps did seem to reduce sleep drive more than I’d like. When I am getting so little sleep, napping seems to reduce the feeling of overall anxiety and need to control. I am hoping in times of little or no sleep, naps can be used to reduce anxiety and feeling terrible at bedtime to hopefully set up for a chance at better sleep.
