Thank you for your feedback, Scott! I do need to work on the “so what” mentality. I begin having some anxiety toward sleep in the evening, basically just wondering if I will sleep well in the coming night. If I don’t sleep well and can’t fall asleep, my anxiety increases as each hour goes by – mainly because I know I won’t feel 100% the next day, my schedule may not sync up with my family’s schedule, etc. So yes, the “so what” response needs to be a priority for me. Hopefully, I can normalize my schedule in the coming weeks/months. Thanks, again, Scott!
