I don't know if in my case its rebound or not, but I mean I often find myself having problems sleeping for several weeks, then it'll be one day I'm able to sleep but seems more like I sleep because my body is just driven to the point of exhaustion, then I'm back up and back to work and not able to sleep again, the longest time period I can recall being able to sleep well was just a week then it was right back to my little insomnia parties, then I'll try doing what I did that week I was able to sleep just fine but it didn't work, right now I'm sleeping ok just for the simple fact that I'm off work, but when I go back tomorrow it'll be a different story, I never know how I'll be able to sleep, I'm usually surprised if I do end up falling asleep then being up all night and maybe dozing off for an hour or two

Then when I've taken these pills I end up taking more when I didn't intend to, I don't know, haha I've pretty much stayed away from drugs in an effort to try sleeping but I have found weed to be the best thing to get me to sleep, but I haven't smoked in months
brayan✘ Not a clientHaha I work in a 24hr mexican restaurant that serves margaritas, at those pubs you're able to still get alcohol all through out the night?? Because here in texas we stop serving alcohol at about 2am, well our restaurant stops serving at 1:30am and then its illegal to consume alcohol in a public place between the hours of 2:16-6:59am, then you can purchase alcohol at 7am as long as it with a meal, I don't know just curious I guess haha 🙂
brayan✘ Not a clientHaha, thanks lisajane! Well I'm off today so I dnt make such an effort to sleep if I don't, I mean I woke up the night before around 10 or 11 and stayed up pretty much all day til about 1am the next day, I might have had like a 2hr nap, but once I wake, its like forget it, going back to sleep isn't even in the realm of possibilities haha. But I'm so happy I have u guys here to share all the dreaded insomnia parties I know I'll be having in the near future, like tomorrow more than likely haha 🙂
brayan✘ Not a clientWell, I work overnight for starters so I'm asleep during the day, when and if I sleep, and awake at night, I've been working on the overnight shift since I was about 17, since I always had trouble sleeping I just decided to work this shift. I dnt know if I can pinpoint specifically what causes my inability to sleep, but there's some things I do to help make it easier to get to sleep, like I'll limit the amount of energy supplements I drink or take, I'll make the house cold, or try to at least, cuz its so much easier for me to sleep when its freezing and I'm under the covers, lots of times I'll take a hot shower before going to sleep to help relax me, I used to run and workout a lot but this past year I've been so lazy and need to jump back on that wagon haha cuz it would wear me out and i'd fall asleep a whole lot easier than I do not exercising, but sometimes doing all these things don't work and I'm just stuck laying there like dork thinking I'll fall asleep, but I just end up getting frustrated haha, but again I think I need to practice not puttingpressue on myself trying to sleep, cuz I'll focus so much on getting to sleep and how many hours I'll be able to get in before having to get up for work, then I end up not sleeping, whereas on my off days I'm able to sleep so much easier knowing I don't have to sleep and get rested up for work….
