Today is my first day also with the course. I too have been struggling on and off the last year falling a sleep. In fact, last night was another sleepless night wondering if I’m ever going to get out of this rabbit hole I created. Sleep has almost become like a job to me. Every night I ask myself what I can think about to help me fall a sleep and when counting numbers backwards doesn’t work I move on to the next thought etc… Then worry and anxiety sets in and I am listening to the birds chirp once again. I know where you are coming from and hope this course helps everyone in here!! Good Luck
