    Thank you for your response. My lifestyle requires an early rise time of 4:00 AM so an earlier sleep time works for me. I would say I’m okay with it.
    Also, I find that when I make myself stay awake to start my sleep time later I move past sleepiness and become wide awake. I don’t become sleepy again all night. Last night that happened and I didn’t fall asleep. It wasn’t a good night.
