    Hi Martin,

    I’m pleased to say that the hyper vigilance has eased and I’m generally able to fall asleep and get back to sleep easily even while co-sleeping.

    Im on week 5 now and after doing your course it has helped me so much. There are so many things in this course that has shifted my mindset after ten years of struggling on and off. Having a quick tool like the ‘NOW’ and ‘AWAKe’ exercise has helped me make space for my thoughts and feelings, take a breather and reset, rather than merging with them or creating more anxiety about them.

    Also the emphasis on not putting your life on hold just because of bad nights has helped me immensely. I used to really struggle, and either avoid or be in a victim-like mindset because things were really challenging or it would affect my sleep. Now that I know that avoidance will affect my sleep more than actually doing the thing I can have a more positive experience or at the very least build resilience and take control back over my life.

    I just can’t believe these teachings have not come into my life sooner after everything I have tried and all the self development work I’ve done but I’m so grateful that it did so thank you!
