But i am still facing a little problem. My brain is used to the frustration of not sleeping well. So, when i begun to have good nights of sleep (after following Mr. Martin advices), my brain considered it as: TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
My brain is still considering these good nights of sleep as something unusual and strange. It does not believe it! So, from time to time, i am experiencing palpitations after sleeping well and some anxiety during the day.
Is this normal?
