I have no real plan in place, I’m trying the sleep window but what I find is I become sleepy early on on the night and then when the sleep window opens I am no longer sleepy. I just can’t seem to fall asleep. I find my self reaching for the occasional sleeping tablet. I am just so tired and tired exhausted now. I make sure I have have an active and for filling day. I am trying your course but I don’t really think it is helping me. When I goto bed I’m not anxious, I don’t have thoughts , but my brain won’t let me sleep
