    Helo Sheri,

I have a similar insomnia pattern like you take Temazepam 15 mg to fall asleep without I don’t and sleep only about 3-4 hours.

My Nervous System is very affected from the insomnia

I am currently trying to calm my nervous system with massage cold showers etc. But also  at the end of my wisdom

    1. Yes, I do some meditation before going to bed ( listen to spiritual teaching) go to bed at 10:00 with 10 mg Temazepam, take also Aminoacids as I used them to taper of Antidepressants, which one Dr put me on, after 4 month I decided to get off.

Mostly I go to sleep for about 3 hours than stay awake till about 4 or 5? Sometimes have another hour than.

I assume considering my Trauma sessions, which go deep into precognitive childhood ecperiences, the not sleeping is all about fear of death and abondenment experiences and the overactive  Nervous system.

At this point I can’t fall asleep without Temazepam.

i just joined, so have not followed yet the program.

Have done the sleep resistant therapy before and it did me no good, it developed for me the all nighter awake thing and fear of not sleeping. I did it for 3 nights with no sleep whatsoever and was creating trauma for me……I don’t think it is a one shoe fits all method. But since you committed to the program I don’t know.

For me it felt too harsh.

I can very much relate yo you. It’s very similar for me. I am doing now Somstio Emotional Trauma Therapie and look at my body condition from an Ayurvedic point of you.

i am lucky to have found a very good therapist which I have a good rapor with, for me it needs to be body oriented
