kobalap, thank you for posting that. In a perfect time, just as I am starting to get scared, your port calmed my nerves a bit. Thanks so much again! I could not have read that at a better time. I am currently trying to spend less time in bed… this is day 3 and like you said, I am getting fragmented not deep sleep.
My eyes are bloodshot and I am having trouble thinking… but I am going to stick with trying to spend less time in bed, and stick to a sleep schedule.

no, i don’t know much about it. Currently I try to get in bed or 9 hours of sleep because I keep waking up throughout the night, like 3 or 4 times. and am ALWAYS tired.
