I’m using a combination of CBT and talking with a Therapist. The CBT tends to calm me down, and the Therapist sometimes gives me some insights as to how I’m thinking.
I’ve also been lucky enough to have great friends, and to have found this forum! It is helpful to be able to vent about frustrating parts of one’s life.
I am starting to make progress! Thanks for the suggestions. I am incorporating them into my gameplan.
