I've never been to the doctors with my sleeping disorder.
It's strange because it's all happened so quickly. I'm in love with somebody who I've met online and I worry about whether the relationship will work. Does she love me back or not is the main problem. She says she does, but it's a long-distance relationship (she's in Australia) that is interfering with my sleep patterns and causing havoc with my life. I don't know whether to carry on with her and if there's any future in it, but it's making me irritable and taking over my life. Maybe I'm just not cut out for long distance love affairs. Or any kind of love affair come to think of it. What do you suggest I do to try and get my life and my sleep back to normal?
