Deanka✘ Not a client
I haven't tried it yet. I did try a couple of other suggestions though, but now that i'm unemployed again my insomnia has crept back in with a vengeance, so i might be about to give it a try.
Deanka✘ Not a clienti try that, but it doesn't always work, it's like my body knows it doesn't have to be anywhere so it tries to sleep all day
Deanka✘ Not a clienti'm not off the pills altogether, but i'm getting there…slowly but surely. my sleep pattern on saturdays varies, sometimes i can sleep without difficulty, and sometimes i have issues with just waking up and getting out of bed knowing i don't have to anywhere on saturday and i don't have to work that night.
Deanka✘ Not a clientwell, now that I've started a new job working the graveyard shift it's been…more of the same actually. when i get off work i get on the computer looking for a daytime job, since this one is only temporary and i'm just up until i fall asleep. i can maybe get 4 hours before i'm wide away again. i get sleepy at work like on a daily basis. i stopped taking pills cause i was taking them everyday and i wanted off. I've tried zzzquil, but it only worked the first time and it doesn't do it anymore. i'm exhausted really. the only time i feel like i can get any real sleep is on Saturday cause its my day off and i know it doesn't matter how long i sleep cause i don't have anywhere to be.
Deanka✘ Not a clientI am enrolled in the sleep training course, which is why i originally thought that i was going to sleep. i have no idea what happened. how can it just come and go like that?
Deanka✘ Not a clientI wish you much luck my friend, our sleep problems are ongoing, but so is our resolve to find a solution!
Deanka✘ Not a clientI am so sorry to hear about your ovarian problem. I don't think it's okay for your job to push you around like that, especially since you like it there. you sprayed yourself with varnish? not good, you definitely need some rest! I went through all of Martins emails, two of the things I found most helpful was taking the clock out of my room and doing nothing but sleep in my bed, no reading, no crosswords, no nothing. that was kind of hard, cuz i'm used to reading in there, but it's helped. i hope you get some rest and that the emails are helpful. 😀
Deanka✘ Not a clientI have not given it a try but i just signed up for it and will see if it helps. thanx
Deanka✘ Not a clientit's getting progressively worse. i'm up till 10am now, even with the sleeping pills, and then i have to get back up by early afternoon because I still have to find a job, i'm totally out of it. i don't want to get out of my bed once i'm sleep, but i have stuff i have to do. my eating habits have all gone to hell, i don't like anything i put in my mouth, nothing satisfies me but i know i have to eat, but i cannot taste anything. i feel like i'm going crazy
Deanka✘ Not a clientI've found that my insomnia has kicked into overdrive since I got laid off last month. usually, i find that i might be able to drop off to sleep by 4 of 5 am, now it's more like 7 or 10 a.m; and it's only for like 3 or 4 hours before i'm wide awake and not sleepy at all. I take advil p.m, 2 pills nightly, now i'm up to 3. I've lost my appetite and i have no interest in anything. i'm tired all the time and i cannot turn my brain off, it's driving me nuts!
Deanka✘ Not a clientI guess it would have something to do with the fact that my mom moved to another state when i was around that age, and they had to force her to come and get me. Being raised by a parent who does not want you, and u know it? Not my idea of fun. The pain didn't start until maybe 10 years after that. I just recently got diagnosed with arthritis in my left knee and it's totally killing me and the painkillers for that don't work. So, i'm awake. Again. Crap! 🙂
