My intention is to attempt the AWAKE exercise during times when I find I am struggling with wakefulness, and when the circumstances are suitable for sleep, I will make an effort to sleep. If I encounter difficulties once more, I will return to practicing the AWAKE exercise. Does this approach appear sensible?
By the way, I must mention that I am experiencing significantly reduced stress during both nighttime and daytime hours.
