I don’t feel any anxiety when I go to bed though and I never get that drowsy feeling to fall asleep I’ve read the effortless sleep method also. When I don’t sleep I don’t fall asleep at all like I stay awake the entire night so I stay up for days at a time a lot do u think cbt will help w something so severe cause when I tell people how little I sleep nobody ever even comes close.
