    I usually revisit your YouTube videos, looking at forums replies where other insomniacs share their conditions and how they get through it. At the middle of the night where there is no one to talk to, comments in your forum/YouTube channel somehow become a source of relatable-ness. Any other ideas to make myself less miserable?

    Thank you all for the kind words and suggestions! A very low period especially after multiple months of struggles, we have yet to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Let’s continue to persevere on, my warriors!

    Think the hardest part for me is dealing with the long night, even though I can get up of bed and do something else (watching shows), but at 3/4am where everyone else is soundly asleep, this feeling just don’t feel great. Especially when I have to wake up at 7am for work the next day, it is so hard to tide through. This just feel miserable.

    Podcast is a good way to relax and fall asleep to! Only problem I have is when the podcast ended, say 1h later, and I’m still not asleep I get sort of get depressed again that I am still awake, still struggling to deal with this misery!
