Thanks for responding. I’m trying to sleep when my baby sleeps at 10pm but I find myself kicked out of any light sleep I get. I do try to get up when I lie in bed too long but there’s so much anxiety built in and also I AM tired (but my mind is wired). I don’t even find books that I read to be interesting because I have so much anxiety. Melotonin isn’t working and now doctor is prescribing a different sleep aid along with an antidepressant. I’m keen to get better with taking this course but recognize that my hormones are in flux and would like to have some rest to care for my baby.
