I can totally relate to feeling like I can’t be the best version of me as a mom…I think mine was triggered because I was hyper aware of how much sleep I would (not) be getting coming off of my first born who was a really challenging baby. Now baby 2 is literally the easiest but yet I’m struggling! I’m certain hormones have a lot to do with this too. Let’s try to give ourselves grace and know that in time our bodies will calm down and allow us to get the rest we need!
Wow it sounds like we are going through the exact same situation! So sorry you’re going through this as well as it is so so hard. Isn’t it strange this is happening to us with our second babies and not first?
