Gabriele Buonomo✘ Not a client
Excuse me Martin, you are completely right, but since I have the page translated into Italian it came spontaneously to answer in my language. I still apologize to everyone.
Gabriele Buonomo✘ Not a clientHi Christine, I started to have some improvements in the fourth week, but we are not all the same, so for some it may take several days or weeks. The improvements are slow and never linear, sometimes there may be some deterioration so don’t be discouraged for some nights of bad sleep, you’ll get back on track if you continue with the techniques. Don’t give up, you’ll be out of it soon!
Gabriele Buonomo✘ Not a clientHi Maryam, are you being followed by someone? How long have you been doing CBT-I? Some of us need more time to improve, so don’t get discouraged and calm down, slowly and with the help of a good sleep doctor you will win. I was very anxious like you but over time the anxiety will decrease and sleep will improve. Be consistent and be followed by someone who can apply CBT-I well.
Gabriele Buonomo✘ Not a clientHi, in the post quarantine I suffered from insomnia, I could not fall asleep and I became anxious and depressed because of it. I spent several nights completely blank and so I decided to do CBT-I. I am now two weeks away from it and I feel much better. I can sleep 7-8 hours a night and I have learned to manage bad nights. Don’t be discouraged, you will do it!
Gabriele Buonomo✘ Not a clientHi, I ended up with CBT-I a couple of weeks ago and still happen to have a few bad nights sleep. Go easy, this is absolutely normal. Continue with the techniques you have learned and you will see that you will improve even more. that not all nights can be perfect and that you can ALWAYS get up again. Good luck and keep it up, courage!
Gabriele Buonomo✘ Not a clientHi Whs
I am glad you defeated insomnia I have just finished 8 sessions of CBT-I from which I have had many benefits with an 86% sleep efficiency, only now that I have concluded I am anxious to continue from alone and I’m afraid of falling back into the vortex. I wouldn’t want this anxiety to ruin all my results, I’m afraid of missing out on sleep benefits. Did you feel this way too after the treatment? Forgive my English, I write from Italy.Gabriele Buonomo✘ Not a clientThank you for the encouragement Martin! Yesterday I finished my eight CBT-I sessions and now I feel a bit lonely and anxious, but I know I have to get used to continuing the journey alone to maintain the improvements. I count on your encouragement and that of those who made it.
