I’ve been using an app called Breethe that has helped to relax me during a middle of the night wake up.
Gary Stephen✘ Not a clientIt’s what I’ve come to expect. I’ve been waking up in the wee hours for years, worrying about work. I’ve been retired for some time, but the “habit” is still there. Some nights it doesn’t bother me as I listen to relaxing , meditative music or read a bit until I’m sleepy. Other nights, I feel the the anxiety or pressure from “why is this happening again ?, I want to get back to sleep now ” ! As an fyi, I did take the Shuti CBT-I course in the first quarter of 2018. It did help and gave me insight and help on sleep hygiene, sleep restriction and sleep schedules.
