After a month of improved sleep as a result of the sleep window, I seem to have relapsed into nighttime awakenings again. If I am having a 1-2 nighttime awakenings is it likely that my sleep window is too early and that I should delay until later? I have had the thought that I should keep my sleep window earliest as possible, then with multiple nighttime awakenings at least I will have more cumulative sleep. Or is that me trying to manipulate sleep again? Would delaying my sleep window decrease my nighttime awakenings?
