I’m currently not working because of my lack of sleep! I can’t put my finger on it. I go to bed with my boyfriend always at the same time but his apnoea doesn’t help. I have lots of stressers in my life

Trouble is I can go about a week and work 12 hour shifts and people think I’m drunk (I don’t drink or take anything btw) and then I crash for a few days. It’s really affecting my life. I’ve tried the mildest of sleeping tablets. Hypnosis, homeopathy, exercise, I work in health care. I’ve tried everything!!!!
I tend to go to bed at 11 ish coz my boyfriend goes then but I won’t sleep until 5/6 so I end up getting out of bed and the couch is becoming my bed. He has sleep apnoea which doesn’t help but not the problem. But I’m so so so so tired! In need of help coz I don’t want to take medication and I’m lost. I feel like I’ve done everything!!!!!
