Yes, that makes sense. With any anxiety you have to let it be there. Same with sleep anxiety I guess. Just let allow it but don’t engage and it will slowly become less and less. Thank you
Yes! I absolutely think it’s sleep anxiety related. I was on a medicine that caused insomnia. I stopped the meds but the insomnia is still here. It’s all in my head. I was a great sleeper before this all started 5 weeks ago. I’m most defiantly obsessing about sleep and it’s making me anxious.
