    Hi Scott,
    Thanks so much for the reply. My biggest problem with sleep is staying asleep. I can fall asleep, but then wake up 3 or 3.5 hours later and IF I fall back asleep, it takes an hour or two. And then I might get another 1.5 hours of sleep. That’s a good night. On a bad night I never get back to sleep and go through the day on 3 hours of sleep. Your point about the virus clearing and then sleep should return is well taken. It’s very likely I’m going through long haul COVID and need to clear that before I can sleep well again. I saw a Naturopath doctor today who concurs with what you said. So now I’ve been put on a long haul COVID protocol and hopefully my good sleep returns. I’m not sure trying CBT-I would be effective right now if I’m still being inflicted with the virus. This is incredibly frustrating because you NEED DECENT SLEEP for the body to fully recover from COVID. Vicious circle
