You we’ll do fine..I am experiencing the same thing but know it we’ll get better. Much like a baseball player who is hitting every pitch he sees and then starts thinking about it too much and wonders how is doing so well. He starts worrying if he can keep hitting and naturally goes into a slump. Same with sleep. If we sleep really well and then enter a slump the good nights return eventually. Hang in there and enjoy your days whether tired or not.

I unfortunately know what you mean..I sometimes feel I have to be awake and conscious to realize I have fallen asleep and unconscious. Weird..I live my life. Get up same time erevryday etc. you can do it.

Be fair to your self. Grief is the biggest monster a person has to deal with. I know. That along with financial worries would make any human walk the floors at night. You will move forward positively. Be gentle to yourself. All the best.

Great post..you are doing the main thing which I believe is living your life the next day after a crappy night. I too have been awake nights worried about how I would function the next day. Actually I did more the next day. I work at a physical job and never took a day of from being tired. I socialize and don,t go to bed early to make up for the previous short night. You get the idea. Just writing about your experiences must have felt cathartic for you. Take care.

Hang in there..I am fighting this monster also. No sleep at all and was using washroom a dozen times as I was so upset and irked. Misery does enjoy company.

Know the same feeling. Forgive the pun but I am tired of feeling so upset and helpless when I awake in the early hours and do not go back to sleep. As the previous post stated though, none of us controls sleep. It is our runaway response that keeps us awake. Sleep is lying there patiently waiting for us. I try and put my arousal feeling in a separate thought and let them blow away. By no means great at it but when I get on a good roll the sleeping is great. Both of us can do it!
