Thank you so much.. I am doing better. I’m not in a state of anxiety like I was. I still continue to wake up a lot or or tooearly.it will take take time to get back to normal , but that is okay. Thank you aagain..This site is so helpful.
Dreamtsleep. It’s nice to know we aren’t alone . I’m doing better . It was all my frame of mind. My body knew how to sleep, it was me not allowing myself to . I was in such a fight flight mode I was too aware of my body. I just don’t allow myself to think about sleep during the day, and go on my usual routine. There is definitely hope with all this.
