Hi Martin,
It varies but is can be 3-4 hours a night. I was a really good sleeper before this.
I tend to go to be around 8.45 to 9, nod off sometimes then get up again, or don’t get any sleep till say 1 in the morning and then get up again around 3 or 4. It’s been a dramatic change. What can I do? I try and switch off at night as well but to avail.
