    Thanks for your response!

The thing is that symptoms are the same as if I was hyperaroused (muscular tension, chest pain, heart bumping, jerks…) but with my mind quiet… Kind of weird, since I thought hyperarousal was a response to a threat and my mind is quiet.

I don’t wanna fight those symptoms when they arise because I believe it might be contraproductive, but I don’t know if by just letting them be and welcoming them, I would be able to fall asleep despite their presence.

    Makes sense what I’m saying?

Thanks a lot, Martin! I’ll take the courage to try to drop pills, trust my body and stick to my sleep window, and see what happens!

Thanks a lot for your response, Martin!

They happen at my bed time. I fall asleep, but I wake up maybe during the first seconds of sleep or so. It happens several times, and after that, I can not fall asleep again. And I tought: “Well… Sleep always wins. And maybe for me that few seconds it’s all what my body can give me for itself, and that’s what he understands for win”. I don’t even know if that it’s posible or not, but these have been my nights for months, unless I get a pill…

(My concern it’s that I’m using the mantra “Sleep will happen in the end” lately, and I don’t know if that microsleeps can ruin that statement. It might seem stupid, but I think that knowing if that can happen or not will really help me)
