When my sleep became worse, I started meditating. At the moment I use Headspace and occasionally listen to Ajahn Brahm on YouTube. I’ve tried yoga nidra a few times, but don’t do it regularly.
I’ve discovered that I fill the evening hours with all sorts of relaxation techniques and consciously prepare myself for sleep, and that this is a problem.
What are examples of things you do to keep yourself busy? I could use some inspiration.
Hi @gdurity,
what did you do that improved things?
My understanding was, that I do not have to get out of bed, if I‘am feeling somewhat relaxed and only have to get up, if it feels uncomfortable in bed.
I tried a view times getting out of bed and realized that I don‘t get sleepy again. Most of the time I went back to bed after 2 or 3 hours, because its not as comfortable outside the bed and I wanted at least give my body the chance to get some physical rest.
