I agree about not being able to fight the thoughts.
I am trying to learn how to not fight for thoughts but except the concerns of my mind and be curious about them rather than trying to fight them. Any tips how to do that are appreciated I really struggled to get back to sleep last night with circling thoughts/concerns.
Thanks for the reply. I thought the anxiety with reducing the dose may cause the sleep to get worse.
I have tapered to 50mg and trying the sleep window restriction from 11:30-5:30. So I will see how that goes.
