Thanks! Those first couple days really felt like the worst of my life–nobody warned me SRT would be this hard and I’m used to doing difficult things! However, last two nights have been much better and I feel like I’m at a turning point. Fingers crossed–might have some bad nights ahead but I feel like I have evidence now that I can get out of this. It helped me a lot mentally to just remember I can’t control sleep and all I can do is set up myself up for a good night by rigorously doing sleep hygiene and SRT and let my body take care of the rest.
