…ps just re-read your post where you’ve said you’ve tried going to bed a bit earlier. Do you still get the pm tiredness when you go to bed a bit earlier and wake earlier?
Hi Chris, my window was originally supposed to be 12.30-6.30 but I haven’t been able to stick to it because I can’t physically stay awake. I don’t want to fall asleep on the sofa so I’ve been going to bed at about 11.30 and usually falling straight to sleep. I was worried about increasing the window like this so soon after starting the course (ie almost straight away!) but it’s working fine so far 🤞Good luck and I hope your tiredness resolves soon
