In brief is tired eyes a normal part of the fatigue/ tiredness aspect of insomnia and doesn’t mean sleepiness?
As I understand that theirs a difference In fatigue and sleepiness when it comes to energy , muscles etc – but can tired eyes be a part of the fatigue aspect only also.
