Hello, definitely it feels better to go out and loose some sleep than to not. I spent many years declining invitations from friends, missing out on a lot of life experiences, and becoming very isolated because I was tired from not sleeping.
It depends usually it’s okay the rest of the week, but even during the week I tend to go to bed late and have the same problem. My goal would be to sleep during the morning like a normal person, or like I used to, so I don’t have to worry about staying up late.
My main current issue is sleeping during the mornings. Sometimes I stay up late because I would like to be social on the weekends. A lot of people will stay up very late. If I do this I usually don’t sleep much at all.
