Thanks. Getting on pretty well. Many good nights. The bad ones tend to be when something specific – health usually – is bothering me. I have not been a great sleeper for years now but generally have not had any problems falling asleep. This has become a problem lately. Cause? complicated but my dad's death and then getting ill with throat problems and losing the ability to do my job, for which i need my voice, were involved. i became very anxious about getting enough sleep. i have had a bit of a history of throat issues so this is an area which has made me anxious over time. As i say, at the moment, i am generally sleeping much better and that has much to do with your advice. thanks
