Thanks for the reassuring comments. I will definitely talk to my doctor about quitting pills. It’s been a hard journey but your youtube videos have really helped me. I feel the same way. Everyone says if you pay attention and obsess over your insomnia it makes the problem worse but there’s no way I can’t NOT think about it. It’s completely taken over my life. You’re not alone
