Thank you for this. I’m fairly new to CBT-I and moving in a good direction. It’s great to hear and identify with other’s struggles and success stories!
My personal experience is that going to bed at a certain time to try to “make” myself go to sleep almost makes it worse. I’ll just get frustrated, and I’ll just be getting up to read and end up back in bed at the same time I’d usually go to sleep.
