Thank you for the reply. I walk every morning for 20 minutes. I used to exercise more, but found too much will disrupt sleep. I’m usually just trying to get things done around the house, make meals, etc.
I do play some guitar which I love, but would like to learn more and find it difficult due to exhaustion. I did go out a couple times this week because it was my boyfriends birthday and had dinner with a family member last night. Typically, I’d say I don’t do much throughout the week though for fun.
