Bed by 10 or 1030 at the latest. Up 530 or 6 am the latest. I wouldn’t describe them as nightmare but more of vivid dreams with anxiety themes. Not able to accomplish important tasks for example. They wake me 3 or 4 am. Then it’s in an out of sleep with dreams every time I fall back so it is totally interrupted sleep on the back end. I figured I just started being able to fall back to sleep easier so maybe a Rehm rebound or something.
