    Thank you Martin. I do find it VERY difficult to stay awake until 11:30 very often. I will read one page of my book and my eyes are shutting. I think I have a good mindset on things currently and don’t feel like I am battling with sleep. I trust that sleep will come. It seems that I will sometimes fall back into my old ways and forget that there is nothing to fear but never for as long as I used to. Now I know that when those times do happen I can practice the AWAKE exercise or play one of the AWAKE audios to help calm myself in the middle of the night. I am very grateful for your program to give me actual TOOLS for my toolbox for when these difficult times creep back in as I know that they will. But now I am prepared. Thank you for being exactly what people with problem solving brains need to get out of this struggle with sleep!
