Ye ive started to do a bit of research into the CBT-I as i think its the only thing out theyre to help with the insomnia i have been reading a book all about insomnia and cbt-i (you can sleep to) the name it reflects on so many issue that im having that was why i had to do something i have started only going to bed when i am sleepy but im up most of the nite ….. then back to bed when tired then taking myaelf out of my bed so in implementing some behaviours from the book.
It feels great to talk with someone who has experienced the same issues so i dont feel kike om going off my rocker lol.
