Jonathan618✘ Not a client
Norepinephrine breaks down in the body fast. the trick would be to make it not come again. (relax, calm down, do not feel fear, mediate etc)
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientAre you tapering all this stuff under the guidance of doctors? If not you are are just asking for trouble. Both have insomnia as a withdraw effect.
Jonathan618✘ Not a client“fromthesnow” just trust that your body will sleep and forget about it. do no let the worry compound into a vicious circle or worry. study the philosophy of flow. At worst you will crash and sleep. most crash on day 4 or 5.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientI have almost the exact same symptoms and am prescribed the same drugs. the only thing I added was 5 mg melatonin and 400 mg magnesium before bed along with 500 depakote and 100 seroquel. take them all before bed and I sleep great.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientMagnesium can help at night, I take it at night for heart palpitations and it stops them so I can sleep.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientI have and am going to see one close to me that specializes in CBT-I. This one will be covered by my insurance.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientGoogle, The philosophy of Flow…..That is where I am headed.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientI hope you are not running and eating even close to bed time. That would explain it all.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientyour anxiety must be really high if it had that type of effect. I would say go back on it. but don’t add to it as addiction and dependence will follow. try to get at the root of your anxiety and work to get rid of it then slowly under the control of a doctor very slowly get off the benzos if you can. if it is to hard just stay on them, your anxiety might just be too high.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientEver fall asleep on the couch watching the tube? I see it as harmless as that.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientsix hours is plenty of sleep. maybe you should concentrate on how to increase the quality of those 6 hours of sleep.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientWell if you do what people with jet lag do they just skip a whole day of sleep. maybe keep doing that until it helps reset your clock.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientDon’t stay in bed if you can’t sleep. get up and do something and try again when you feel sleepy. if this does not works you may have to stay up for days until you hit the wall and your own body forces you to sleep. you need to retrain your body and get off those pills.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientare you going outside and getting enough outside exercise? is there anything in your diet like stimulants? are you eating enough? are you taking to much vitamin d? I would explore every facet of your life and what you do all day and see if the answer is not in there somewhere. you sound depressed and that can make it worse. Do some self reflection and see if you can find it.
Jonathan618✘ Not a clientThanks for the response. I guess my sleep drive hit max last night because I finally fell asleep for hours. I think I slept for 8 hours waking for water a few times because of the meds. I will watch the video. thank you.
