The doc told me to take 50 mg of benadryl but it turns out that I am one of the kinds of people it makes hyper and gives bad heart palpitations to. So no sleep last night either. The doc then prescribed quetiapine 50 mg and divalproex 500 mg and 1 mg of clonazepam. we will see if that works tonight after 9pm. I pray to God it does. I am starting to really lose my shit.

October 17, 2019 at 5:18 pm in reply to: ACT/Chest pain, shortness of breath, heavy heart beat #33155Jonathan618✘ Not a clientI get chest muscle pain all the time for what appears to be no reason. What I figured out is that when I get anxiety I involuntarily breath into my chest and that is not how we are supposed to breathe. Those muscles tire easily and turn into pain to tightness then anxiety and short of breath. Its a vicious cycle. We are supposed to breath through the belly. It is called Diaphragmatic breathing. look it up on YouTube and practice it. After much practice things will improve. Hope that helps.
