Sounds good, will try that. I started the course and abandoned it for 2 weeks- not sure why?! I guess, it’s because I travelled and ended up taking a sleep pill to sleep along with using my AirPods and listen to something in bed before going to sleep. Listening to an audiobook in bed seemed to really help me. Is it a bed habit since I’m not supposed to do anything in bed other than sleeping?
Coming back now to week 2 and will try to follow it.
